Our History
JNR began as a convention planning enterprise owned and operated out of Las Vegas. When the operation began in 1980, the hours were long and the clients were few. Now, some thirty-two years later, the hours are still long, the client roster includes some of the nation's leading corporations, and an incredible staff of 65 + keeps things moving at an energetic pace.
Over the years, with a philosophy that business relationships must be based on integrity, confidence and mutual respect, JNR has earned the world renowned reputation as an international leader in the fields of performance enhancement, incentive travel, meeting and convention management, event production, and recognition services such as a full-service debit card division, featuring incentive and gift cards, as well as gift certificates.
The JNR team consists of highly dedicated professionals with backgrounds in the hospitality, travel, debit and gift card, recognition, and incentive marketing fields.
